The First Day!!

Never underestimate women's sixth sense!! It's scary, and often true. July 4th was the fifth day of our silent fight, and that morning I had this strange feeling of wanting to buy a home pregnancy test on my way to work(ya~~ be pregnant now, what a great way to stop the fight). Actually, my period is about 2 weeks late(though they were Never on time), but the chance of me being pregnant is so slim that you might even won a million dollars than my test turned out positive. Anyways, I still wanna to check(don't you just love disappointments?) in case I was that 1/10000000000 winner. Haha~ I stopped by Starbucks first, ordered a cup of decaf latte to go, then went to Watson's to get the tester. Funny thing! Usually I when I get my morning coffee I would jump right to it-- leave no time to cool. But that morning I didn't. I guess subconsciously, I was afraid the caffeine might interfere or alter the result. I rushed to our room at the hotel and started. It all began in a split second, as soon as I peed on the tester(although they say on the box you have to wait for 5 min to see the result), the invisible line in the first box appeared then slowly the second line appeared too. OMG!!! POSITIVE!! How could this be I thought to myself with a slit joy(actually, I was smiling), but we were still in the fight. What would this do...?? I was still mad. No, no, no, noway, I got to confirm this. This is too big. So, I book the earliest appointment possible at The Zhuong Shan hospital where I usually have check-ups done. When the hospital also confirmed the result, and said I was getting an ultrasound to see the baby's heartbeat, I knew I had to tell him. Guess he wouldn't want to miss it(I hope). However, by the time he came it was too late. I already had it done. But because it(the embryo) was still too small(about 5 weeks) you can't see the heart yet. We made up(as expected). Lucky him~
